Refunds & Returns

For any of the cases indicated below or others, where necessary, it is mandatory to send a photo(s) of the product(s) in question. If the damage is related to transport, it will also be mandatory to send a photo(s) of the packaging.

It is our responsibility to return products:

• With manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product shipment
• Transport damage (You must report the damage to the courier at the time of delivery, in the absence of a complaint to the courier, there will be no refund or replacement of the product)

It is the responsibility of the Customer to return products in which:

• Chose wrong dimension
• Chose wrong color
• Dimension does not serve the purpose of purchase
• Product is not what was expected
• Want to exchange the product

In any of the aforementioned situations, we are committed to facilitating a quick and positive resolution for both parties.

This possibility does not apply to Products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications and clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be re-shipped or are susceptible to deterioration.

To make the return request, the Customer must access their customer account and the details of their order. In front of the product in question, you must send us an email to geral[@]almada-fitness-center.pt with the subject “Return a product” and indicate:

• Your order details (order number and recipient)
• Photographs
• Reason for your decision

The order will be immediately forwarded to Customer Service, which will contact the Customer to organize the return of the product and inform them of the procedure to follow, which will be different depending on the original shipping method of the product.

No spontaneous returns will be accepted without our agreement.

To return the product(s) you must:

• Send the Product(s) in perfect condition, in the original packaging(s) and with all its accessories.
• Send the Product(s) with tracking number (tracking number)
• Tell us the tracking number (tracking number)
• Incorrect product shipment

The return of product(s) without the corresponding tracking number (tracking number) may result in the refund not being processed.
