If you are looking for an effective and complete workout, then the AFC Full-Body Workout class is the perfect choice for you! This 30-minute class is optimized for those who don’t have time to train but still want to get a good workout with excellent results.

We designed this class to develop all muscle groups. You’ll start with warm-up exercises to improve mobility, followed by cardiovascular exercises, resistance exercises with weights and functional exercises. The latter are especially important for improving strength, stability and flexibility.

This workout is suitable for all levels, from beginners to professional athletes, the exercises are performed to the rhythm of music, so that students can get the most out of the workout. Instructor Raúl will help you adjust the exercises according to your level.

At the end of this class, start a 15-minute stretching class. This is a great way to recover and relax your muscles after an intense workout, as well as helping to prevent injuries.
