This plan offers you the best of both worlds: unlimited training and access to group classes at Almada Fitness Center (Almada Velha), as well as training at Sakura / Caparica Muay Thai (Costa da Caparica – next to the fire department).

With Caparica Muay Thai, you can enjoy dynamic and exciting classes, guided by highly qualified instructors.

During the class, you can learn and improve your technical skills, increase your endurance and strength, while developing a unique style of Muay Thai.

In addition to Muay Thai classes, the plan includes access to the Almada Fitness Center gym, where you can train alone or with your friends and where you will always be accompanied by a selected quality team.
